Universities: the faculties, departments and teachers who run courses. Each university can run its own branded AdaptIQ site, with its own name, subject modules and data.

The interface is in English today. Content can be written in any language, and lessons the AI generates follow the language of the source material.

It drafts; your teachers decide. Nothing the AI proposes becomes content until a teacher accepts it, and nothing AI-made reaches students until a teacher approves it. AI authoring is off unless it is switched on for a site or module.

Third-party large language models, reached through OpenRouter and configurable per site. When AI features are on, the material they work with — text, and images that a vision model describes — is sent to those providers through OpenRouter, as is the text used for search indexing. Uploaded documents are stored in a private bucket and are only downloadable by authenticated teachers.

No. AdaptIQ runs in the browser and is designed for phones first — a bottom tab bar, bottom sheets and safe-area handling — and works just as well on a desktop.

For sign-in, AdaptIQ supports SAML 2.0 single sign-on for university identity providers. It does not connect to other learning platforms today.

Each site runs as its own self-hosted stack on our own infrastructure, with its own database and object store, and is served through Cloudflare. Ask us for the details your data-protection officer needs.

Yes. A content package of Markdown lessons and exercises becomes a module with one command. Subjects that need more — their own exercise types, tools or pages — are built as add-on modules, the way our biomechanics module with its generated statics problems was.
