Who can register

Anyone can register for the pilot.
Prizes go only to medical doctors and to students of a medical university. A winner proves this with a diploma or a certificate of enrolment.

You get a confirmation email straight away.
Before the pilot starts, we write to you with the details.

Purpose: organising the POTECG pilot and awarding its prizes. We confirm your registration, contact you about the pilot and check that a winner can receive a prize.
Data: what you enter in this form. We do not pass it on to third parties. Our emails are delivered by Resend, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, sends the form.
Retention: until the pilot is over and its prizes have been awarded; then we delete it.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your registration at any time at [email protected]. More in our privacy policy.
